QVTHS joins these schools in the iZone community for the 2012-2013 school year.
Meet the QV Tiger
Queens Voc recently welcomed a new tiger mascot to the school community. There's one small problem: the tiger doesn't have a name yet! Email your suggestions to admin@queensvoc.org, and a winner will be announced soon!

Communicating with Parents
Parents of QV students can access many tools to track their child's performance in school. Progress reports are sent home halfway through each marking period. Parents can access their child's attendance, report cards, and transcripts at any time by signing up for a Daedalus* account. In addition, some teachers at QV are also utilizing Engrade, an online gradebook, to track student grades, post assignments, and facilitate online class discussions. Your child's teacher(s) will alert you if they use Engrade.
*To collect your Daedalus login info, contact your child's guidance counselor or email the school.
